Living and Shopping in North Dallas

Dallas real estate is doing well.  There are other markets that aren’t doing as well as Dallas, but that’s certainly not a concern here.  There is a lot to choose from when considering Dallas real estate.  People love the lifestyle and the shopping.  The Galleria Dallas, an upscale shopping mall and mixed-use development located in north Dallas, Texas, was developed by long time owner Hines Interests in 1982. The mall is modeled after a similar Hines development, the Houston Galleria, which opened in 1970. Both Galleria malls have an ice skating rink and a glass vaulted ceiling that is modeled after the historic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in Milan, Italy.

If you are interested in Dallas real estate and love a good shopping experience, you’ll definitely want to check it out.  There are over 200 stores and restaurants including an ice rink and the Westin Galleria Hotel.  The Dallas Galleria is located at the intersection of Interstate 635 and the Dallas North Tollway.
