Perfect Neighborhoods in North Dallas

Dallas Texas real estate is in abundance.  If you are considering moving your family to Dallas, it is definitely the right time.  Dallas is still on the rise and there are a multitude of neighborhoods to choose from.

Hamilton Park is a neighborhood in north Dallas, named for Dr. Richard T. Hamilton, a physician and black civic leader.  It is located just to the west of Lake Highlands, on the southeastern side of the North Central Expressway, north of Forest Lane, and west of DART’s Red Line light-rail line.

Melshire Estates is another neighborhood to look into for Dallas Texas real estate.  It is generally bounded by Charleston Drive on the north, Preston Road on the east, Forest Lane on the south, and the Dallas North Tollway on the west.  Small areas adjacent to Forest Lane, a shopping center on the northwestern corner of Preston Road and Forest Lane, and townhomes along Lindenshire Lane and Brookstone Drive are not considered part of the neighborhood.
