If you are new to the Dallas area you will be pleasantly surprised at how active the Dallas real estate market is currently.  Unlike most other real estate markets, Dallas is still up and coming.  The area has some of the leading builders of new homes and a plethora of Brokerage firms to choose from if you are in the market for a resale home.  The Dallas Texas real estate market is growing despite the economy, so it’s the perfect time for investors, first time home buyers and anyone wanting to make a smart investment.

The housing prices have also come down in recent years, but people will always need to buy houses.  No matter how you look at it, it’s a solid market.  There are first time home buyers, home buyers that have outgrown their existing home due to the addition of children and empty nesters with no children at home any longer.  In all three cases, they need another home.
