When it comes to Dallas real estate, there are a multitude of subdivisions to choose from.  You will find subdivisions which range vastly in price as well.  A lot of people move to Dallas, Texas in hopes to raise their families in subdivisions that are family friendly. 

Grayhawk is a very family friendly subdivision.  It is located in Frisco and has great access to the Dallas North Toll way.  It is a fast-growing community and desired among people wanting family oriented subdivisions.

Lakes of Preston Village is another very family oriented community.  The homes offer affordable luxury in a master planned community. More acreage is available on many Lakes of Preston Village homes than in other neighborhoods.  So, if land is an issue for you, check out this subdivision.  The homes range in price from $130-$200’s.

Panther Creek offers one and two-story homes set in one of the area’s premier planned communities.  Panther Creek has been named one of the “Top 5” communities in the Metroplex based on location, schooling, design and amenities.  Some of the amenities include ponds, public parks, hike and bike trails and youth athletic facilities.
