When it comes to Dallas real estate, there are a multitude of subdivisions to choose from. You will find subdivisions which range vastly in price as well. A lot of people move to Dallas, Texas in hopes to raise their families in subdivisions that are family friendly.
Grayhawk is a very family friendly subdivision. It is located in Frisco and has great access to the Dallas North Toll way. It is a fast-growing community and desired among people wanting family oriented subdivisions.
Fairfield Estates is a family oriented subdivision offering real estate in Dallas Texas. It offers homes ranging in price from $200-$300’s. Lakes of Preston Village is another very family oriented community. The homes offer affordable luxury in a master planned community. More acreage is available on many Lakes of Preston Village homes than in other neighborhoods. So, if land is an issue for you, check out this subdivision. The homes range in price from $130-$200’s.
Panther Creek offers one and two-story homes set in one of the area’s premier planned communities. Panther Creek has been named one of the “Top 5” communities in the Metroplex based on location, schooling, design and amenities. Some of the amenities include ponds, public parks, hike and bike trails and youth athletic facilities.
Other of interest when looking to purchase real estate in Dallas Texas are East Dallas which is a trendy arts area close to Downtown, the Lakewood neighborhood, historic Vickery Place and Bryan Place and the architecturally significant Swiss Avenue. North of the Park Cities is Preston Hollow, home to some of Texas’s wealthiest residents, as well as the most expensive homes in the state. The area is also characterized by a variety of high-powered shopping areas, including Galleria Dallas, NorthPark Center, Highland Park Village, and Preston Center. In the northeast quadrant of the city is Lake Highlands, one of Dallas’s most unified middle-class neighborhoods.
