On the other hand, the Dallas North Tollway offers other affluent and booming cities like Frisco (with no Dart access) an alternate method of do-it-yourself transport down part of the 30-mile trek to Dallas.
Texas is also home to older neighborhoods that are protected conservation districts because of their historic nature.
If you are wondering when you should buy your home, look into the current market forces, such as government incentives, market value of homes, and interest rates. All of these economic factors vary with time, but Dallas has stayed strong, attracting steady growth because of its affordable pricing and low interest rates throughout the area.
