Would you like to live in or near one of the best cities in America?

In addition, these cities and surround neighborhoods provide a wide variety of living opportunities for the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex, from more recent developments in Plano, Frisco and Allen to older, more established communities in Addison, Carrollton, and Richardson, some of which date back to the late 1800s. In addition, the Dallas/Fortworth (DFW) area offers an incredible variety of communities in which to live, from newer neighborhoods (Plano, Frisco, Allen) to older, more established neighborhoods (Addison, Carrollton, Richardson) some of which were founded in the 19th Century.

The Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex is home to booming communities, such as in Frisco and Plano, while also maintaining century old neighborhoods in Carrolton, Richardson, and Addison, just to name a few. Located just twelve miles up US-75, Richardson is home to young families and young professionals who like the easy commute into Dallas and enjoy the benefits of larger homes within a suburban community. Residents don't have to drive far for entertainment because Richardson is home to many community events, including the famous Wildflower singer/songwriter festival. With single family homes in Richardson averaging under $200,000, this convenient suburb is an easier entry point to Dallas living than some of the newer developments north of Dallas.

Some cities are not so lucky to have a highway going through it like Richardson has, but they are lucky to have Dallas' light rail system—Dart. One such city is the well-to-do and ever-popular Plano, which is home to many major corporations' headquarters, so commuting to work might not be an issue for many residents, but when a business-trip to Dallas is on the schedule, Dart offers a stress-free 20-mile transport. On the other hand, the fast-growing and also affluent suburb of Frisco is located off of the Dallas North Tollway 30 miles north of Dallas, which might make a carpool arrangement pleasurable.

Rather than a choosing a modern development of luxory homes, you might like to engage in historical living in one of DFW's conservation districts which are beaming with wide streets lined with mature foliage.

When determining a good time to buy a home, consider mortgage interest rate levels, home price levels, and government incentives such as Homebuyer's Tax Credit. These three factors draw thousands of people from around the country to DFW every year, even during the long recession period. In addition to a healthy local economy, DFW boasts a great school system and smaller number of risky mortgages making it one of the strongest real estate markets in the country.

The bottom line for a successful home transition is knowledge and experience. You might be relocating to Dallas and are unsure in which neighborhood to buy. Our real estate matchmakers know almost every nook and cranny of the many Dallas suburbs and they look forward to matching your living needs with just the right community.

In addition, our Dallas Realtors sell six times as many homes per year than an average Dallas Realtor. Because of our reputation in the area, our clients receive excellent service and pricing from companies that offer termite inspections, home warranties, and especially new home developers. With these well-established industry relationships, you can save thousands of dollars on your home purchase.
