Other cities, like Frisco, do not boast Dart access, but the well-to-do and fast-growing Frisco is located off of the Dallas North Tollway offering a viable means of getting to Dallas (some 30 miles south) if necessary.

Texas is also a collection of established neighborhoods of older homes with wide streets and mature trees lining several Historic, Conservation Districts protecting the many old homes and history of the Dallas vicinity.
