Families with children, as well as single people looking to be near the limelight will be happy in either city, and they ar both convenient for business travelers. While there are very many nice cities in Texas, Plano stands out as a northeat suburb of Dallas as a city with about as many amenities as you will find anywhere. Plan is just a short drive from Texas, on well planned roads, which makes it about as much of a hot, up-and-coming community as you will find. Concerts, soccer and football are all played in Pizza Hut park, with the Dallas Stars using it as its home field.

Those with more 'cultural' taste will enjoy the beautiful sculputre garden in Frisco and find a variety of events to suit them.
