Because there are so many homes for sale all over Texas, you may not be able to decide where to start your earch. Your decision on where to begin will depend on the amenities you are looking for and the type of neighborhood that best suits you. There are two suburbs in the Dallas area that you should consider, as this is one of the most popular places in the country to live. A high quality educational system, the safety of a relatively small city and beautiful, unique homes can be found in both.
Families with small children, as well as business travelers, will find both of these cities to be quite desirable, and those looking for nightlife will have a lot from which to choose. The first of these, Plano, Texas, is a suburb just a little northeast of Dallas, and it boasts a plethora of amenities that you will not always find in a smaller city. Plano is a hot, up-and-coming area because while it is a quiet, safe city, it is a short distance from Dallas, on well-planned roads. There are many companies seeking new employees in the area of Plano, and many of these are Fortune 500.
Plano is a good choice for anyone seeking to make a career move because many corporate headquarters are also found in the area. If you have children, you will be thrilled to find out that Plano boasts one of the best school systems in the area. Many suburbs of the larger, more desirable cities can be a little underdeveloped in terms of their amenities. This is not true of Plano.
It will be quite easy for you to make a perfect home in Plano as it has shopping and dining for every taste. There will be no derth of entertainment for lesiure time you live in Plano: during the day you might try one of their world-famous spas, and at night you will have dining and dancing choices galore.
CNN has reported that Frisco, the second city of choice near Dallas, is one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the country. Frisco has held up very well and is a relatively strong market despite the current recession which has hit all areas, including real estate.
You will be making a sound business investment, as well, by buying a home in Frisco at this time. Frisco is 25 minutes from both Dallas Forth Worth International Airport and Love Field, as well as being only 20 minutes north of downtown Dallas.
Both Plano and Frisco are close to many businesses, and Frisco has a conference center that is continuously in use for trade shows and conferences, satisfying a variety of interests. Frisco is constantly ranked as one of the most desirable places to live because it has an excellent school system, high median income, high job growth, and small-town charm. At any time you will find some entertainment in Frisco as it is home to four professional sports teams and has art exhibits including over 150 pieces on public display at all times.
Concerts, soccer and football are all played in Pizza Hut park, with the Dallas Stars using it as its home field.
Those with more 'cultural' taste will enjoy the beautiful sculputre garden in Frisco and find a variety of events to suit them.
