Plano Communities

If you are looking to buy a home in Texas, you may be having trouble because of all the available real estate there. Your decision on where to begin will depend on the amenities you are looking for and the type of neighborhood that best suits you. There are two suburbs in the Dallas area that you should consider, as this is one of the most popular places in the country to live. Both offer high-level housing, a quality educational system, a safe environment.

They are convenient for business travelers, families with children and single people looking to be right near the center of all attractions. One of the suburbs just northeast of Dallas is called Plano, and it has as much to offer its citizens as any place in this Country. Plan is just a short drive from Texas, on well planned roads, which makes it about as much of a hot, up-and-coming community as you will find. Those seeking employment will find a nice surprise in Plano, there are many Fortune 500 companies nearly.

Many of those companies have their corporate headquarters in or near Plano, making it a good choice for those seeking an upward move in their career. If you've got children you'll be ever happier - Plano boasts an excellent school system. More desirable cities can be a little underdeveloped in terms of their amenities, especially those that are smaller suburbs. Plano is a pleasant exception to this.

When you live in Plano you will no longer have to worry where you will find whatever you need to make your house into a home, it is all right there at your fingertips. There is plenty of fantastic nightlife in Plano, and for daytime entertainment, you might want to go for a ride in a hot air balloon or visit one of its world-famous spas.

The second city, Frisco, is one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the country (CNN). Frisco's real estate market, like many other markets in Texas, has remained relatively strong throughout this recession.

This shows that buying a home in Frisco has been, and will continue to be, a sound investment. Downtown Dallas, Dallas Forth Worth International Airport and Love Field are all less than a half hour's drive from Frisco.

Frisco is, just like Plano, close to many businesses, and has a conference center that hosts conferences and trade shows continuously. Frisco is ranked as one of the best places to live in this Country -- it has small town charm, but also provides an atmosphere with a great school system, high job growth and a high median income. There is quite a variety of entertainment available in Frisco: the city has four professional sports teams you can root for, and there are over 150 pieces of art displayed in the city at any given time.

There is major league soccer play at Pizza Hut Park, where a variety of concerts and football take place, and the Dallas Stars are the popular home team.

Those looking for an afternoon of serenity can take a trip to the sculptural garden, which is just one more landmark that makes Frisco a place to call home.
