With so many homes for sale in so many areas in Texas, you might wonder where you should start looking. Your choice dependents on what criterion are at the top of your list as necessary, and the type of area you would like for your residence. There are two suburbs in the Dallas area that you should consider, as this is one of the most popular places in the country to live. Both offer high-level housing, a quality educational system, a safe environment.

Business traveles as well as families with small children will find both these cities to be very convenient places to live, and those wishing a nightlife will not be disappointed. While there are very many nice cities in Texas, Plano stands out as a northeat suburb of Dallas as a city with about as many amenities as you will find anywhere. It is within a short driving distance of Dallas, and the roads there are well planned and maintained, making this a very trendy place to live. There are many Fortune 500 companies nearby, and a lot of them are actively looking for new employees.

Additionally, many of those companies actually have their corporate headquarters in or near Dallas, making plano a good choice for anyone looking for a fresh career beginning. If you have children, you will be thrilled to find out that Plano boasts one of the best school systems in the area. More desirable cities can be a little underdeveloped in terms of their amenities, especially those that are smaller suburbs. This is not true of Plano.

There are shopping and dining options for every taste - live in Plano and you will no longer have to worry where you will buy that specialty item that will turn your house into the home of your dreams. You will have your choice of entertainment in Plano, also as there are, for instance, world-famous spas and hot-air balloon rides available during the day, while the nighttime sparkles.

CNN has reported that Frisco, the second city of choice near Dallas, is one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the country. Frisco has held up very well and is a relatively strong market despite the current recession which has hit all areas, including real estate.

You will be making a sound business investment, as well, by buying a home in Frisco at this time. Frisco is 20 minutes north of downtown Dallas, and 25 minutes from both Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Love Field.

Frisco is, just like Plano, close to many businesses, and has a conference center that hosts conferences and trade shows continuously. Frisco is constantly ranked as one of the most desirable places to live because it has an excellent school system, high median income, high job growth, and small-town charm. At any time you will find some entertainment in Frisco as it is home to four professional sports teams and has art exhibits including over 150 pieces on public display at all times.

Concerts, soccer and football are all played in Pizza Hut park, with the Dallas Stars using it as its home field.

Frisco provides a well-rounded cultural and entertainment environment, including its beautiful sculpture garden in the heart of the city.
