Plan is just a short drive from Texas, on well planned roads, which makes it about as much of a hot, up-and-coming community as you will find. Those seeking employment will find a nice surprise in Plano, there are many Fortune 500 companies nearly.

Many of those companies have their corporate headquarters in or near Plano, making it a good choice for those seeking an upward move in their career. Plano boasts an excellent school system, which will make both you and your children happier. Amenities are sometimes lacking in some suburbs that surround larger cities, and those cities can be underdeveloped as a result. Quite the contrary in Plano.
