With so many homes for sale in so many areas in Texas, you might wonder where you should start looking. The type of area you would like to live in and the criterion that are most important to you will have great significance on your ultimate decision. You should consider one of two very popular suburbs of Dallas, TX, as they both have a wide variety of various amenities. A high quality educational system, the safety of a relatively small city and beautiful, unique homes can be found in both.
Business traveles as well as families with small children will find both these cities to be very convenient places to live, and those wishing a nightlife will not be disappointed. Plano, Texas is a suburb just a bit northeast of Dallas that has about as much to offer as any city in the Country. Plano is a hot, up-and-coming area because while it is a quiet, safe city, it is a short distance from Dallas, on well-planned roads. Quite a few of the nearby Fortune 500 companies are seeking employees, so Plano will not disapoint in the job area!
Many corporate headquarters can be found here as well, making Plano a good choice for anyone seeking new job opportunities. Plano boasts an excellent school system, which will make both you and your children happier. Many suburbs of the larger, more desirable cities can be a little underdeveloped in terms of their amenities. Plano is a pleasant exception to this.
It will be quite easy for you to make a perfect home in Plano as it has shopping and dining for every taste. You will have your choice of entertainment in Plano, also as there are, for instance, world-famous spas and hot-air balloon rides available during the day, while the nighttime sparkles.
Frisco is another fast-growing real estate market in the nation (CNN). As a matter of fact, Frisco's real estate market has remained relatively strong throughout this recession.
This shows that buying a home in Frisco has been, and will continue to be, a sound investment. Frisco is 20 minutes north of downtown Dallas, and 25 minutes from both Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Love Field.
Both Plano and Frisco are close to many businesses, and Frisco has a conference center that is continuously in use for trade shows and conferences, satisfying a variety of interests. Of course, its school system is superb. Frisco is consistently ranked as one of the best places to live for its high job growth, high median income and small-town charm. There is quite a variety of entertainment available in Frisco: the city has four professional sports teams you can root for, and there are over 150 pieces of art displayed in the city at any given time.
Concerts, soccer and football are all played in Pizza Hut park, with the Dallas Stars using it as its home field.
Those looking for an afternoon of serenity can take a trip to the sculptural garden, which is just one more landmark that makes Frisco a place to call home.
