Because there are so many homes for sale all over Texas, you may not be able to decide where to start your earch. This depends largely on the type of area you would like to live in and what your criterion are for moving or purchasing a new home. Dalllas, TX is one of the most popular places in Texas to live, and two of them in particular would be great choices. A quality educational system, high-level housing and the safety of a close-knit community are common to both.
They are convenient for business travelers, families with children and single people looking to be right near the center of all attractions. Plano, Texas is a suburb just a bit northeast of Dallas that has about as much to offer as any city in the Country. Plano is a hot, up-and-coming area because while it is a quiet, safe city, it is a short distance from Dallas, on well-planned roads. There are many Fortune 500 companies nearby, and a lot of them are actively looking for new employees.
Additionally, many of those companies actually have their corporate headquarters in or near Dallas, making plano a good choice for anyone looking for a fresh career beginning. If you have children, you will be thrilled to find out that Plano boasts one of the best school systems in the area. More desirable cities can be a little underdeveloped in terms of their amenities, especially those that are smaller suburbs. Plano is a pleasant exception to this.
When you live in Plano, you will never have to worry about where to go to eat and dine, Plano has, or has nearby, just about anything you would need to turn your house into a home. You will have your choice of entertainment in Plano, also as there are, for instance, world-famous spas and hot-air balloon rides available during the day, while the nighttime sparkles.
The second suburb you might consider, is Frisco, and it is one of the faster-growing communities in the real estate market (CNN). Times have been somewhat tough for the real estate market during this recession, but Frisco has held up well.
You will be making a sound business investment, as well, by buying a home in Frisco at this time. Downtown Dallas, Dallas Forth Worth International Airport and Love Field are all less than a half hour's drive from Frisco.
Frisco is, just like Plano, close to many businesses, and has a conference center that hosts conferences and trade shows continuously. Of course, its school system is superb. Frisco is consistently ranked as one of the best places to live for its high job growth, high median income and small-town charm. There is quite a variety of entertainment available in Frisco: the city has four professional sports teams you can root for, and there are over 150 pieces of art displayed in the city at any given time.
Pizza Hut park is located in Frisco; this is where the Dallas Stars are located, and it is also where major league soccer games are played and concerts are provided.
Frisco provides a well-rounded cultural and entertainment environment, including its beautiful sculpture garden in the heart of the city.
