Homes For Sale In Plano, Tx

By dallasrealtor | July 3, 2010

With so many homes for sale in so many areas in Texas, you might wonder where you should start looking. Your decision on where to begin will depend on the amenities you are looking for and the type of neighborhood that best suits you. There are two suburbs in the Dallas area that you should consider, as this is one of the most popular places in the country to live. A high quality educational system, the safety of a relatively small city and beautiful, unique homes can be found in both.

Business traveles as well as families with small children will find both these cities to be very convenient places to live, and those wishing a nightlife will not be disappointed. One of the suburbs just northeast of Dallas is called Plano, and it has as much to offer its citizens as any place in this Country. Plan is just a short drive from Texas, on well planned roads, which makes it about as much of a hot, up-and-coming community as you will find. Quite a few of the nearby Fortune 500 companies are seeking employees, so Plano will not disapoint in the job area!

Many of those companies have their corporate headquarters in or near Plano, making it a good choice for those seeking an upward move in their career. Because Plano has a great school system, your children will also advance on their own road to success. More desirable cities can be a little underdeveloped in terms of their amenities, especially those that are smaller suburbs. Quite the contrary in Plano.

It will be quite easy for you to make a perfect home in Plano as it has shopping and dining for every taste. You will have your choice of entertainment in Plano, also as there are, for instance, world-famous spas and hot-air balloon rides available during the day, while the nighttime sparkles.

The second suburb you might consider, is Frisco, and it is one of the faster-growing communities in the real estate market (CNN). Times have been somewhat tough for the real estate market during this recession, but Frisco has held up well.

You will be making a sound business investment, as well, by buying a home in Frisco at this time. Frisco is just a stone's throw from city life, with Downtown Dallas, Love Field, and the Dallas Forth Worth International Airport all within a half hour.

Both Plano and Frisco are close to many businesses, and Frisco has a conference center that is continuously in use for trade shows and conferences, satisfying a variety of interests. Of course, its school system is superb. Frisco is consistently ranked as one of the best places to live for its high job growth, high median income and small-town charm. For entertainment, Frisco has four professional sports teams, and there are over 150 pieces of art on public display throughout the city.

There is major league soccer play at Pizza Hut Park, where a variety of concerts and football take place, and the Dallas Stars are the popular home team.

Everybody will be happy with the culture and entertainment in Frisco, it has one of the most beautiful sculpture gardens around, which will add serenity to anyone's life.
