Because there are so many homes for sale all over Texas, you may not be able to decide where to start your earch. Your choice dependents on what criterion are at the top of your list as necessary, and the type of area you would like for your residence. The Dallas area is one of the most popular places to live in Texas, and there are two suburbs in particular that are superior choices. A high quality educational system, the safety of a relatively small city and beautiful, unique homes can be found in both.

Business traveles as well as families with small children will find both these cities to be very convenient places to live, and those wishing a nightlife will not be disappointed. One of the suburbs just northeast of Dallas is called Plano, and it has as much to offer its citizens as any place in this Country. Plan is just a short drive from Texas, on well planned roads, which makes it about as much of a hot, up-and-coming community as you will find. Quite a few of the nearby Fortune 500 companies are seeking employees, so Plano will not disapoint in the job area!

Plano is a good choice for anyone seeking to make a career move because many corporate headquarters are also found in the area. Because Plano has a great school system, your children will also advance on their own road to success. Amenities are sometimes lacking in some suburbs that surround larger cities, and those cities can be underdeveloped as a result. This is not true of Plano.

It will be quite easy for you to make a perfect home in Plano as it has shopping and dining for every taste. There will be no derth of entertainment for lesiure time you live in Plano: during the day you might try one of their world-famous spas, and at night you will have dining and dancing choices galore.

Frisco is another fast-growing real estate market in the nation (CNN). Frisco has held up very well and is a relatively strong market despite the current recession which has hit all areas, including real estate.

You will be making a business investment that is quite sound when you buy a home in Frisco. Frisco is 20 minutes north of downtown Dallas, and 25 minutes from both Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Love Field.

Frisco is, just like Plano, close to many businesses, and has a conference center that hosts conferences and trade shows continuously. Of course, its school system is superb. Frisco is consistently ranked as one of the best places to live for its high job growth, high median income and small-town charm. For entertainment, Frisco has four professional sports teams, and there are over 150 pieces of art on public display throughout the city.

Concerts, soccer and football are all played in Pizza Hut park, with the Dallas Stars using it as its home field.

Those looking for an afternoon of serenity can take a trip to the sculptural garden, which is just one more landmark that makes Frisco a place to call home.
