With so many homes for sale in so many areas in Texas, you might wonder where you should start looking. Your decision on where to begin will depend on the amenities you are looking for and the type of neighborhood that best suits you. Dalllas, TX is one of the most popular places in Texas to live, and two of them in particular would be great choices. A high quality educational system, the safety of a relatively small city and beautiful, unique homes can be found in both.
Business traveles as well as families with small children will find both these cities to be very convenient places to live, and those wishing a nightlife will not be disappointed. Plano, Texas is a suburb just a bit northeast of Dallas that has about as much to offer as any city in the Country. It is a hot, up-and-coming area because it is within a short driving distance, on well-planned roads, of Dallas. Those seeking employment will find a nice surprise in Plano, there are many Fortune 500 companies nearly.
Additionally, many of those companies actually have their corporate headquarters in or near Dallas, making plano a good choice for anyone looking for a fresh career beginning. If you have children, you will be thrilled to find out that Plano boasts one of the best school systems in the area. It is well known that many suburbs of desirable large cities can be a little under-developed in terms of amenities. This is not true of Plano.
When you live in Plano you will no longer have to worry where you will find whatever you need to make your house into a home, it is all right there at your fingertips. There is plenty of fantastic nightlife in Plano, and for daytime entertainment, you might want to go for a ride in a hot air balloon or visit one of its world-famous spas.
The second city, Frisco, is one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the country (CNN). As a matter of fact, Frisco's real estate market has remained relatively strong throughout this recession.
You will be making a business investment that is quite sound when you buy a home in Frisco. Downtown Dallas, Dallas Forth Worth International Airport and Love Field are all less than a half hour's drive from Frisco.
Both Plano and Frisco are close to many businesses, and Frisco has a conference center that is continuously in use for trade shows and conferences, satisfying a variety of interests. It is unusual to find a city with small-town charm that also has a great school system, high job growth, and high median income; nonetheless, Frisco is consistently ranked as one of the best places to live. At any time you will find some entertainment in Frisco as it is home to four professional sports teams and has art exhibits including over 150 pieces on public display at all times.
There is major league soccer play at Pizza Hut Park, where a variety of concerts and football take place, and the Dallas Stars are the popular home team.
Those looking for an afternoon of serenity can take a trip to the sculptural garden, which is just one more landmark that makes Frisco a place to call home.
