With so many homes for sale in so many areas in Texas, you might wonder where you should start looking. Your choice dependents on what criterion are at the top of your list as necessary, and the type of area you would like for your residence. You should consider one of two very popular suburbs of Dallas, TX, as they both have a wide variety of various amenities. A quality educational system, high-level housing and the safety of a close-knit community are common to both.
Families with children, as well as single people looking to be near the limelight will be happy in either city, and they ar both convenient for business travelers. The first of these, Plano, Texas, is a suburb just a little northeast of Dallas, and it boasts a plethora of amenities that you will not always find in a smaller city. Plano is a hot, up-and-coming area because while it is a quiet, safe city, it is a short distance from Dallas, on well-planned roads. There are many Fortune 500 companies nearby, and a lot of them are actively looking for new employees.
Additionally, many of those companies actually have their corporate headquarters in or near Dallas, making plano a good choice for anyone looking for a fresh career beginning. If you have children, you will be thrilled to find out that Plano boasts one of the best school systems in the area. It is well known that many suburbs of desirable large cities can be a little under-developed in terms of amenities. Plano does not have this problem.
When you live in Plano you will no longer have to worry where you will find whatever you need to make your house into a home, it is all right there at your fingertips. Whether you are a night-owl or prefer to entertain yourself during daylight hours, Plano has much to offer, such as hot-air baloon rides, world-famous spas and fantastic dining and dancing.
The second city, Frisco, is one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the country (CNN). Frisco has held up very well and is a relatively strong market despite the current recession which has hit all areas, including real estate.
This shows that buying a home in Frisco has been, and will continue to be, a sound investment. Frisco is 25 minutes from both Dallas Forth Worth International Airport and Love Field, as well as being only 20 minutes north of downtown Dallas.
Both Plano and Frisco are close to many businesses, and Frisco has a conference center that is continuously in use for trade shows and conferences, satisfying a variety of interests. Frisco is constantly ranked as one of the most desirable places to live because it has an excellent school system, high median income, high job growth, and small-town charm. For entertainment, Frisco has four professional sports teams, and there are over 150 pieces of art on public display throughout the city.
Frisco is home to the Dallas Stars and there is also major league soccer play at Pizza Hut Park, where a variety of concerts and football take place.
There is a beautiful sculpture garden in Frisco as well which those with discerning taste will be very happy here.
