Plano Real Estate

You might wonder where you should start looking if you are thinking of moving to a home in Texas. Your choice dependents on what criterion are at the top of your list as necessary, and the type of area you would like for your residence. Dalllas, TX is one of the most popular places in Texas to live, and two of them in particular would be great choices. A quality educational system, high-level housing and the safety of a close-knit community are common to both.

Families with small children, as well as business travelers, will find both of these cities to be quite desirable, and those looking for nightlife will have a lot from which to choose. The first of these, Plano, Texas, is a suburb just a little northeast of Dallas, and it boasts a plethora of amenities that you will not always find in a smaller city. It is a hot, up-and-coming area because it is within a short driving distance, on well-planned roads, of Dallas. There are many companies seeking new employees in the area of Plano, and many of these are Fortune 500.

Additionally, many of those companies actually have their corporate headquarters in or near Dallas, making plano a good choice for anyone looking for a fresh career beginning. Plano boasts an excellent school system, which will make both you and your children happier. More desirable cities can be a little underdeveloped in terms of their amenities, especially those that are smaller suburbs. Plano is a pleasant exception to this.

It will be quite easy for you to make a perfect home in Plano as it has shopping and dining for every taste. Whether you are a night-owl or prefer to entertain yourself during daylight hours, Plano has much to offer, such as hot-air baloon rides, world-famous spas and fantastic dining and dancing.

CNN has reported that Frisco, the second city of choice near Dallas, is one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the country. Times have been somewhat tough for the real estate market during this recession, but Frisco has held up well.

This shows that it has been a sound investment to buy a home in Frisco, and that is expected to continue. Frisco is 25 minutes from both Dallas Forth Worth International Airport and Love Field, as well as being only 20 minutes north of downtown Dallas.

Frisco is, just like Plano, close to many businesses, and has a conference center that hosts conferences and trade shows continuously. Frisco is constantly ranked as one of the most desirable places to live because it has an excellent school system, high median income, high job growth, and small-town charm. There is quite a variety of entertainment available in Frisco: the city has four professional sports teams you can root for, and there are over 150 pieces of art displayed in the city at any given time.

Concerts, soccer and football are all played in Pizza Hut park, with the Dallas Stars using it as its home field.

There is a beautiful sculpture garden in Frisco as well which those with discerning taste will be very happy here.
