With so many homes for sale in so many areas in Texas, you might wonder where you should start looking. Your choice dependents on what criterion are at the top of your list as necessary, and the type of area you would like for your residence. The Dallas area is one of the most popular places to live in Texas, and there are two suburbs in particular that are superior choices. A safe living community, quality educational system and high-level housing are common to both.
Families with small children, as well as business travelers, will find both of these cities to be quite desirable, and those looking for nightlife will have a lot from which to choose. While there are very many nice cities in Texas, Plano stands out as a northeat suburb of Dallas as a city with about as many amenities as you will find anywhere. Plan is just a short drive from Texas, on well planned roads, which makes it about as much of a hot, up-and-coming community as you will find. There are many Fortune 500 companies nearby, and a lot of them are actively looking for new employees.
Plano is a good choice for anyone seeking to make a career move because many corporate headquarters are also found in the area. Because Plano has a great school system, your children will also advance on their own road to success. Amenities are sometimes lacking in some suburbs that surround larger cities, and those cities can be underdeveloped as a result. Plano is a pleasant exception to this.
There are shopping and dining options for every taste - live in Plano and you will no longer have to worry where you will buy that specialty item that will turn your house into the home of your dreams. There is plenty of fantastic nightlife in Plano, and for daytime entertainment, you might want to go for a ride in a hot air balloon or visit one of its world-famous spas.
CNN has reported that Frisco, the second city of choice near Dallas, is one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the country. Frisco's real estate market, like many other markets in Texas, has remained relatively strong throughout this recession.
This shows that buying a home in Frisco has been, and will continue to be, a sound investment. Frisco is just a stone's throw from city life, with Downtown Dallas, Love Field, and the Dallas Forth Worth International Airport all within a half hour.
Both Plano and Frisco are close to many businesses, and Frisco has a conference center that is continuously in use for trade shows and conferences, satisfying a variety of interests. Frisco is constantly ranked as one of the most desirable places to live because it has an excellent school system, high median income, high job growth, and small-town charm. At any time you will find some entertainment in Frisco as it is home to four professional sports teams and has art exhibits including over 150 pieces on public display at all times.
Concerts, soccer and football are all played in Pizza Hut park, with the Dallas Stars using it as its home field.
Those with more 'cultural' taste will enjoy the beautiful sculputre garden in Frisco and find a variety of events to suit them.
