You might wonder where you should start looking if you are thinking of moving to a home in Texas. When you live in Plano, you will never have to worry about where to go to eat and dine, Plano has, or has nearby, just about anything you would need to turn your house into a home. The second suburb you might consider, is Frisco, and it is one of the faster-growing communities in the real estate market (CNN). As a matter of fact, Frisco's real estate market has remained relatively strong throughout this recession.

This shows that it has been a sound investment to buy a home in Frisco, and that is expected to continue. Frisco is 20 minutes north of downtown Dallas, and 25 minutes from both Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Love Field.

Both Plano and Frisco are close to many businesses, and Frisco has a conference center that is continuously in use for trade shows and conferences, satisfying a variety of interests. It is unusual to find a city with small-town charm that also has a great school system, high job growth, and high median income; nonetheless, Frisco is consistently ranked as one of the best places to live. For entertainment, Frisco has four professional sports teams, and there are over 150 pieces of art on public display throughout the city.

There is major league soccer play at Pizza Hut Park, where a variety of concerts and football take place, and the Dallas Stars are the popular home team.

Frisco provides a well-rounded cultural and entertainment environment, including its beautiful sculpture garden in the heart of the city.
