You might wonder where you should start looking if you are thinking of moving to a home in Texas. The type of area you would like to live in and the criterion that are most important to you will have great significance on your ultimate decision. You should consider one of two very popular suburbs of Dallas, TX, as they both have a wide variety of various amenities. Both offer high-level housing, a quality educational system, a safe environment.
Families with small children, as well as business travelers, will find both of these cities to be quite desirable, and those looking for nightlife will have a lot from which to choose. The first of these, Plano, Texas, is a suburb just a little northeast of Dallas, and it boasts a plethora of amenities that you will not always find in a smaller city. It is a hot, up-and-coming area because it is within a short driving distance, on well-planned roads, of Dallas. There are many Fortune 500 companies nearby, and a lot of them are actively looking for new employees.
Additionally, many of those companies actually have their corporate headquarters in or near Dallas, making plano a good choice for anyone looking for a fresh career beginning. Plano boasts an excellent school system, which will make both you and your children happier. Amenities are sometimes lacking in some suburbs that surround larger cities, and those cities can be underdeveloped as a result. Plano does not have this problem.
It will be quite easy for you to make a perfect home in Plano as it has shopping and dining for every taste. Whether you are a night-owl or prefer to entertain yourself during daylight hours, Plano has much to offer, such as hot-air baloon rides, world-famous spas and fantastic dining and dancing.
The second city, Frisco, is one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the country (CNN). Frisco has held up very well and is a relatively strong market despite the current recession which has hit all areas, including real estate.
You will be making a business investment that is quite sound when you buy a home in Frisco. Frisco is just a stone's throw from city life, with Downtown Dallas, Love Field, and the Dallas Forth Worth International Airport all within a half hour.
Frisco is, just like Plano, close to many businesses, and has a conference center that hosts conferences and trade shows continuously. Frisco is ranked as one of the best places to live in this Country -- it has small town charm, but also provides an atmosphere with a great school system, high job growth and a high median income. There are over 150 pieces of art on public display throughout Frisco, all year round, and it has four professional sports teams.
Pizza Hut park is located in Frisco; this is where the Dallas Stars are located, and it is also where major league soccer games are played and concerts are provided.
Those with more 'cultural' taste will enjoy the beautiful sculputre garden in Frisco and find a variety of events to suit them.
