If you are looking to buy a home in Texas, you may be having trouble because of all the available real estate there. Your choice dependents on what criterion are at the top of your list as necessary, and the type of area you would like for your residence. The Dallas area is one of the most popular places to live in Texas, and there are two suburbs in particular that are superior choices. Both offer high-level housing, a quality educational system, a safe environment.

Families with small children, as well as business travelers, will find both of these cities to be quite desirable, and those looking for nightlife will have a lot from which to choose. Plano, Texas is a suburb just a bit northeast of Dallas that has about as much to offer as any city in the Country. Plano is a hot, up-and-coming area because while it is a quiet, safe city, it is a short distance from Dallas, on well-planned roads. Quite a few of the nearby Fortune 500 companies are seeking employees, so Plano will not disapoint in the job area!

Additionally, many of those companies actually have their corporate headquarters in or near Dallas, making plano a good choice for anyone looking for a fresh career beginning. Because Plano has a great school system, your children will also advance on their own road to success. It is well known that many suburbs of desirable large cities can be a little under-developed in terms of amenities. Plano is a pleasant exception to this.

It will be quite easy for you to make a perfect home in Plano as it has shopping and dining for every taste. There will be no derth of entertainment for lesiure time you live in Plano: during the day you might try one of their world-famous spas, and at night you will have dining and dancing choices galore.

Frisco is another fast-growing real estate market in the nation (CNN). Frisco's real estate market, like many other markets in Texas, has remained relatively strong throughout this recession.

This shows that it has been a sound investment to buy a home in Frisco, and that is expected to continue. Downtown Dallas, Dallas Forth Worth International Airport and Love Field are all less than a half hour's drive from Frisco.

Frisco is, just like Plano, close to many businesses, and has a conference center that hosts conferences and trade shows continuously. Frisco is constantly ranked as one of the most desirable places to live because it has an excellent school system, high median income, high job growth, and small-town charm. There are over 150 pieces of art on public display throughout Frisco, all year round, and it has four professional sports teams.

Frisco is home to the Dallas Stars and there is also major league soccer play at Pizza Hut Park, where a variety of concerts and football take place.

Those looking for an afternoon of serenity can take a trip to the sculptural garden, which is just one more landmark that makes Frisco a place to call home.
