Plano Communities

If you are looking to buy a home in Texas, you may be having trouble because of all the available real estate there. The type of area you would like to live in and the criterion that are most important to you will have great significance on your ultimate decision. You should consider one of two very popular suburbs of Dallas, TX, as they both have a wide variety of various amenities. A high quality educational system, the safety of a relatively small city and beautiful, unique homes can be found in both.

Families with children, as well as single people looking to be near the limelight will be happy in either city, and they ar both convenient for business travelers. The first of these, Plano, Texas, is a suburb just a little northeast of Dallas, and it boasts a plethora of amenities that you will not always find in a smaller city. It is within a short driving distance of Dallas, and the roads there are well planned and maintained, making this a very trendy place to live. There are many companies seeking new employees in the area of Plano, and many of these are Fortune 500.

Plano is a good choice for anyone seeking to make a career move because many corporate headquarters are also found in the area. Because Plano has a great school system, your children will also advance on their own road to success. Amenities are sometimes lacking in some suburbs that surround larger cities, and those cities can be underdeveloped as a result. This is not true of Plano.

There are shopping and dining options for every taste - live in Plano and you will no longer have to worry where you will buy that specialty item that will turn your house into the home of your dreams. You will have your choice of entertainment in Plano, also as there are, for instance, world-famous spas and hot-air balloon rides available during the day, while the nighttime sparkles.

The second suburb you might consider, is Frisco, and it is one of the faster-growing communities in the real estate market (CNN). Times have been somewhat tough for the real estate market during this recession, but Frisco has held up well.

You will be making a sound business investment, as well, by buying a home in Frisco at this time. Downtown Dallas, Dallas Forth Worth International Airport and Love Field are all less than a half hour's drive from Frisco.

Like Plano, Frisco provides an excellent quality of life, it is also close to many businesses and has a popular conference center that holds trade shows year-round. It is unusual to find a city with small-town charm that also has a great school system, high job growth, and high median income; nonetheless, Frisco is consistently ranked as one of the best places to live. At any time you will find some entertainment in Frisco as it is home to four professional sports teams and has art exhibits including over 150 pieces on public display at all times.

There is major league soccer play at Pizza Hut Park, where a variety of concerts and football take place, and the Dallas Stars are the popular home team.

There is a beautiful sculpture garden in Frisco as well which those with discerning taste will be very happy here.
