By dallasrealtor | July 11, 2010

Because there are so many homes for sale all over Texas, you may not be able to decide where to start your earch. Your decision on where to begin will depend on the amenities you are looking for and the type of neighborhood that best suits you. Dalllas, TX is one of the most popular places in Texas to live, and two of them in particular would be great choices. A safe living community, quality educational system and high-level housing are common to both.

Business traveles as well as families with small children will find both these cities to be very convenient places to live, and those wishing a nightlife will not be disappointed. Plano, Texas is a suburb just a bit northeast of Dallas that has about as much to offer as any city in the Country. Plano is a hot, up-and-coming area because while it is a quiet, safe city, it is a short distance from Dallas, on well-planned roads. There are many companies seeking new employees in the area of Plano, and many of these are Fortune 500.

Plano is a good choice for anyone seeking to make a career move because many corporate headquarters are also found in the area. If you have children, you will be thrilled to find out that Plano boasts one of the best school systems in the area. More desirable cities can be a little underdeveloped in terms of their amenities, especially those that are smaller suburbs. Plano does not have this problem.

When you live in Plano you will no longer have to worry where you will find whatever you need to make your house into a home, it is all right there at your fingertips. There will be no derth of entertainment for lesiure time you live in Plano: during the day you might try one of their world-famous spas, and at night you will have dining and dancing choices galore.

The second suburb you might consider, is Frisco, and it is one of the faster-growing communities in the real estate market (CNN). Frisco has held up very well and is a relatively strong market despite the current recession which has hit all areas, including real estate.

This shows that it has been a sound investment to buy a home in Frisco, and that is expected to continue. Frisco is 25 minutes from both Dallas Forth Worth International Airport and Love Field, as well as being only 20 minutes north of downtown Dallas.

Both Plano and Frisco are close to many businesses, and Frisco has a conference center that is continuously in use for trade shows and conferences, satisfying a variety of interests. It is unusual to find a city with small-town charm that also has a great school system, high job growth, and high median income; nonetheless, Frisco is consistently ranked as one of the best places to live. There are over 150 pieces of art on public display throughout Frisco, all year round, and it has four professional sports teams.

Concerts, soccer and football are all played in Pizza Hut park, with the Dallas Stars using it as its home field.

Everybody will be happy with the culture and entertainment in Frisco, it has one of the most beautiful sculpture gardens around, which will add serenity to anyone's life.
