You should consider one of two very popular suburbs of Dallas, TX, as they both have a wide variety of various amenities. A high quality educational system, the safety of a relatively small city and beautiful, unique homes can be found in both.
Families with children, as well as single people looking to be near the limelight will be happy in either city, and they ar both convenient for business travelers. While there are very many nice cities in Texas, Plano stands out as a northeat suburb of Dallas as a city with about as many amenities as you will find anywhere. It is a hot, up-and-coming area because it is within a short driving distance, on well-planned roads, of Dallas. Those seeking employment will find a nice surprise in Plano, there are many Fortune 500 companies nearly.
Many corporate headquarters can be found here as well, making Plano a good choice for anyone seeking new job opportunities. If you've got children you'll be ever happier - Plano boasts an excellent school system. Amenities are sometimes lacking in some suburbs that surround larger cities, and those cities can be underdeveloped as a result. This is not true of Plano.
There are shopping and dining options for every taste - live in Plano and you will no longer have to worry where you will buy that specialty item that will turn your house into the home of your dreams. There will be no derth of entertainment for lesiure time you live in Plano: during the day you might try one of their world-famous spas, and at night you will have dining and dancing choices galore.
The second city, Frisco, is one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the country (CNN). As a matter of fact, Frisco's real estate market has remained relatively strong throughout this recession.
You will be making a business investment that is quite sound when you buy a home in Frisco. Frisco is just a stone's throw from city life, with Downtown Dallas, Love Field, and the Dallas Forth Worth International Airport all within a half hour.
Both Plano and Frisco are close to many businesses, and Frisco has a conference center that is continuously in use for trade shows and conferences, satisfying a variety of interests. Frisco is constantly ranked as one of the most desirable places to live because it has an excellent school system, high median income, high job growth, and small-town charm. There are over 150 pieces of art on public display throughout Frisco, all year round, and it has four professional sports teams.
Frisco is home to the Dallas Stars and there is also major league soccer play at Pizza Hut Park, where a variety of concerts and football take place.
Those with more 'cultural' taste will enjoy the beautiful sculputre garden in Frisco and find a variety of events to suit them.
