If you are looking to buy a home in Texas, you may be having trouble because of all the available real estate there. This depends largely on the type of area you would like to live in and what your criterion are for moving or purchasing a new home. There are two suburbs in the Dallas area that you should consider, as this is one of the most popular places in the country to live. A safe living community, quality educational system and high-level housing are common to both.
Families with small children, as well as business travelers, will find both of these cities to be quite desirable, and those looking for nightlife will have a lot from which to choose. While there are very many nice cities in Texas, Plano stands out as a northeat suburb of Dallas as a city with about as many amenities as you will find anywhere. Plan is just a short drive from Texas, on well planned roads, which makes it about as much of a hot, up-and-coming community as you will find. There are many Fortune 500 companies nearby, and a lot of them are actively looking for new employees.
Many of those companies have their corporate headquarters in or near Plano, making it a good choice for those seeking an upward move in their career. If you've got children you'll be ever happier - Plano boasts an excellent school system. Amenities are sometimes lacking in some suburbs that surround larger cities, and those cities can be underdeveloped as a result. Plano does not have this problem.
There are shopping and dining options for every taste - live in Plano and you will no longer have to worry where you will buy that specialty item that will turn your house into the home of your dreams. There will be no derth of entertainment for lesiure time you live in Plano: during the day you might try one of their world-famous spas, and at night you will have dining and dancing choices galore.
Frisco is another fast-growing real estate market in the nation (CNN). Frisco's real estate market, like many other markets in Texas, has remained relatively strong throughout this recession.
This shows that buying a home in Frisco has been, and will continue to be, a sound investment. Frisco is 25 minutes from both Dallas Forth Worth International Airport and Love Field, as well as being only 20 minutes north of downtown Dallas.
Like Plano, Frisco provides an excellent quality of life, it is also close to many businesses and has a popular conference center that holds trade shows year-round. It is unusual to find a city with small-town charm that also has a great school system, high job growth, and high median income; nonetheless, Frisco is consistently ranked as one of the best places to live. There is quite a variety of entertainment available in Frisco: the city has four professional sports teams you can root for, and there are over 150 pieces of art displayed in the city at any given time.
There is major league soccer play at Pizza Hut Park, where a variety of concerts and football take place, and the Dallas Stars are the popular home team.
Frisco provides a well-rounded cultural and entertainment environment, including its beautiful sculpture garden in the heart of the city.
