If you are looking to buy a home in Texas, you may be having trouble because of all the available real estate there. This depends largely on the type of area you would like to live in and what your criterion are for moving or purchasing a new home. Dalllas, TX is one of the most popular places in Texas to live, and two of them in particular would be great choices. A quality educational system, high-level housing and the safety of a close-knit community are common to both.

They are convenient for business travelers, families with children and single people looking to be right near the center of all attractions. One of the suburbs just northeast of Dallas is called Plano, and it has as much to offer its citizens as any place in this Country. Plan is just a short drive from Texas, on well planned roads, which makes it about as much of a hot, up-and-coming community as you will find. There are many Fortune 500 companies nearby, and a lot of them are actively looking for new employees.

Many of those companies have their corporate headquarters in or near Plano, making it a good choice for those seeking an upward move in their career. Plano boasts an excellent school system, which will make both you and your children happier. Many suburbs of the larger, more desirable cities can be a little underdeveloped in terms of their amenities. This is not true of Plano.

There are shopping and dining options for every taste - live in Plano and you will no longer have to worry where you will buy that specialty item that will turn your house into the home of your dreams. There is plenty of fantastic nightlife in Plano, and for daytime entertainment, you might want to go for a ride in a hot air balloon or visit one of its world-famous spas.

Frisco is another fast-growing real estate market in the nation (CNN). Times have been somewhat tough for the real estate market during this recession, but Frisco has held up well.

You will be making a sound business investment, as well, by buying a home in Frisco at this time. Frisco is 20 minutes north of downtown Dallas, and 25 minutes from both Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Love Field.

Both Plano and Frisco are close to many businesses, and Frisco has a conference center that is continuously in use for trade shows and conferences, satisfying a variety of interests. It is unusual to find a city with small-town charm that also has a great school system, high job growth, and high median income; nonetheless, Frisco is consistently ranked as one of the best places to live. For entertainment, Frisco has four professional sports teams, and there are over 150 pieces of art on public display throughout the city.

There is major league soccer play at Pizza Hut Park, where a variety of concerts and football take place, and the Dallas Stars are the popular home team.

Frisco provides a well-rounded cultural and entertainment environment, including its beautiful sculpture garden in the heart of the city.
