With so many homes for sale in so many areas in Texas, you might wonder where you should start looking. The type of area you would like to live in and the criterion that are most important to you will have great significance on your ultimate decision. Dalllas, TX is one of the most popular places in Texas to live, and two of them in particular would be great choices. A safe living community, quality educational system and high-level housing are common to both.

They are convenient for business travelers, families with children and single people looking to be right near the center of all attractions. While there are very many nice cities in Texas, Plano stands out as a northeat suburb of Dallas as a city with about as many amenities as you will find anywhere. Plano is a hot, up-and-coming area because while it is a quiet, safe city, it is a short distance from Dallas, on well-planned roads. There are many companies seeking new employees in the area of Plano, and many of these are Fortune 500.

Many of those companies have their corporate headquarters in or near Plano, making it a good choice for those seeking an upward move in their career. If you have children, you will be thrilled to find out that Plano boasts one of the best school systems in the area. More desirable cities can be a little underdeveloped in terms of their amenities, especially those that are smaller suburbs. Plano does not have this problem.

When you live in Plano you will no longer have to worry where you will find whatever you need to make your house into a home, it is all right there at your fingertips. There will be no derth of entertainment for lesiure time you live in Plano: during the day you might try one of their world-famous spas, and at night you will have dining and dancing choices galore.

The second suburb you might consider, is Frisco, and it is one of the faster-growing communities in the real estate market (CNN). As a matter of fact, Frisco's real estate market has remained relatively strong throughout this recession.

You will be making a business investment that is quite sound when you buy a home in Frisco. Downtown Dallas, Dallas Forth Worth International Airport and Love Field are all less than a half hour's drive from Frisco.

Frisco is, just like Plano, close to many businesses, and has a conference center that hosts conferences and trade shows continuously. It is unusual to find a city with small-town charm that also has a great school system, high job growth, and high median income; nonetheless, Frisco is consistently ranked as one of the best places to live. There are over 150 pieces of art on public display throughout Frisco, all year round, and it has four professional sports teams.

Frisco is home to the Dallas Stars and there is also major league soccer play at Pizza Hut Park, where a variety of concerts and football take place.

There is a beautiful sculpture garden in Frisco as well which those with discerning taste will be very happy here.
