With so many homes for sale in so many areas in Texas, you might wonder where you should start looking. Your choice dependents on what criterion are at the top of your list as necessary, and the type of area you would like for your residence. Dalllas, TX is one of the most popular places in Texas to live, and two of them in particular would be great choices. A quality educational system, high-level housing and the safety of a close-knit community are common to both.
Business traveles as well as families with small children will find both these cities to be very convenient places to live, and those wishing a nightlife will not be disappointed. The first of these, Plano, Texas, is a suburb just a little northeast of Dallas, and it boasts a plethora of amenities that you will not always find in a smaller city. It is within a short driving distance of Dallas, and the roads there are well planned and maintained, making this a very trendy place to live. There are many Fortune 500 companies nearby, and a lot of them are actively looking for new employees.
Many corporate headquarters can be found here as well, making Plano a good choice for anyone seeking new job opportunities. If you have children, you will be thrilled to find out that Plano boasts one of the best school systems in the area. More desirable cities can be a little underdeveloped in terms of their amenities, especially those that are smaller suburbs. Plano does not have this problem.
When you live in Plano you will no longer have to worry where you will find whatever you need to make your house into a home, it is all right there at your fingertips. You will have your choice of entertainment in Plano, also as there are, for instance, world-famous spas and hot-air balloon rides available during the day, while the nighttime sparkles.
The second suburb you might consider, is Frisco, and it is one of the faster-growing communities in the real estate market (CNN). As a matter of fact, Frisco's real estate market has remained relatively strong throughout this recession.
You will be making a business investment that is quite sound when you buy a home in Frisco. Downtown Dallas, Dallas Forth Worth International Airport and Love Field are all less than a half hour's drive from Frisco.
Both Plano and Frisco are close to many businesses, and Frisco has a conference center that is continuously in use for trade shows and conferences, satisfying a variety of interests. Of course, its school system is superb. Frisco is consistently ranked as one of the best places to live for its high job growth, high median income and small-town charm. For entertainment, Frisco has four professional sports teams, and there are over 150 pieces of art on public display throughout the city.
Frisco is home to the Dallas Stars and there is also major league soccer play at Pizza Hut Park, where a variety of concerts and football take place.
Frisco provides a well-rounded cultural and entertainment environment, including its beautiful sculpture garden in the heart of the city.
