Because there are so many homes for sale all over Texas, you may not be able to decide where to start your earch. The type of area you would like to live in and the criterion that are most important to you will have great significance on your ultimate decision. There are two suburbs in the Dallas area that you should consider, as this is one of the most popular places in the country to live. Both offer high-level housing, a quality educational system, a safe environment.

Families with small children, as well as business travelers, will find both of these cities to be quite desirable, and those looking for nightlife will have a lot from which to choose. The first of these, Plano, Texas, is a suburb just a little northeast of Dallas, and it boasts a plethora of amenities that you will not always find in a smaller city. It is a hot, up-and-coming area because it is within a short driving distance, on well-planned roads, of Dallas. Quite a few of the nearby Fortune 500 companies are seeking employees, so Plano will not disapoint in the job area!

Many of those companies have their corporate headquarters in or near Plano, making it a good choice for those seeking an upward move in their career. If you've got children you'll be ever happier - Plano boasts an excellent school system. Amenities are sometimes lacking in some suburbs that surround larger cities, and those cities can be underdeveloped as a result. This is not true of Plano.

There are shopping and dining options for every taste - live in Plano and you will no longer have to worry where you will buy that specialty item that will turn your house into the home of your dreams. Whether you are a night-owl or prefer to entertain yourself during daylight hours, Plano has much to offer, such as hot-air baloon rides, world-famous spas and fantastic dining and dancing.

The second suburb you might consider, is Frisco, and it is one of the faster-growing communities in the real estate market (CNN). Frisco has held up very well and is a relatively strong market despite the current recession which has hit all areas, including real estate.

This shows that buying a home in Frisco has been, and will continue to be, a sound investment. Frisco is 25 minutes from both Dallas Forth Worth International Airport and Love Field, as well as being only 20 minutes north of downtown Dallas.

Like Plano, Frisco provides an excellent quality of life, it is also close to many businesses and has a popular conference center that holds trade shows year-round. Of course, its school system is superb. Frisco is consistently ranked as one of the best places to live for its high job growth, high median income and small-town charm. There is quite a variety of entertainment available in Frisco: the city has four professional sports teams you can root for, and there are over 150 pieces of art displayed in the city at any given time.

Pizza Hut park is located in Frisco; this is where the Dallas Stars are located, and it is also where major league soccer games are played and concerts are provided.

Everybody will be happy with the culture and entertainment in Frisco, it has one of the most beautiful sculpture gardens around, which will add serenity to anyone's life.
