With so many homes for sale in so many areas in Texas, you might wonder where you should start looking. Your decision on where to begin will depend on the amenities you are looking for and the type of neighborhood that best suits you. Dalllas, TX is one of the most popular places in Texas to live, and two of them in particular would be great choices. Both offer high-level housing, a quality educational system, a safe environment.
They are convenient for business travelers, families with children and single people looking to be right near the center of all attractions. While there are very many nice cities in Texas, Plano stands out as a northeat suburb of Dallas as a city with about as many amenities as you will find anywhere. It is a hot, up-and-coming area because it is within a short driving distance, on well-planned roads, of Dallas. There are many companies seeking new employees in the area of Plano, and many of these are Fortune 500.
Many of those companies have their corporate headquarters in or near Plano, making it a good choice for those seeking an upward move in their career. Plano boasts an excellent school system, which will make both you and your children happier. Amenities are sometimes lacking in some suburbs that surround larger cities, and those cities can be underdeveloped as a result. Quite the contrary in Plano.
When you live in Plano you will no longer have to worry where you will find whatever you need to make your house into a home, it is all right there at your fingertips. Whether you are a night-owl or prefer to entertain yourself during daylight hours, Plano has much to offer, such as hot-air baloon rides, world-famous spas and fantastic dining and dancing.
Frisco is another fast-growing real estate market in the nation (CNN). As a matter of fact, Frisco's real estate market has remained relatively strong throughout this recession.
This shows that it has been a sound investment to buy a home in Frisco, and that is expected to continue. Frisco is just a stone's throw from city life, with Downtown Dallas, Love Field, and the Dallas Forth Worth International Airport all within a half hour.
Frisco is, just like Plano, close to many businesses, and has a conference center that hosts conferences and trade shows continuously. Of course, its school system is superb. Frisco is consistently ranked as one of the best places to live for its high job growth, high median income and small-town charm. There is quite a variety of entertainment available in Frisco: the city has four professional sports teams you can root for, and there are over 150 pieces of art displayed in the city at any given time.
There is major league soccer play at Pizza Hut Park, where a variety of concerts and football take place, and the Dallas Stars are the popular home team.
Frisco provides a well-rounded cultural and entertainment environment, including its beautiful sculpture garden in the heart of the city.
