With so many homes for sale in so many areas in Texas, you might wonder where you should start looking. You should consider one of two very popular suburbs of Dallas, TX, as they both have a wide variety of various amenities. Both offer high-level housing, a quality educational system, a safe environment.

Families with children, as well as single people looking to be near the limelight will be happy in either city, and they ar both convenient for business travelers. One of the suburbs just northeast of Dallas is called Plano, and it has as much to offer its citizens as any place in this Country. Plano is a hot, up-and-coming area because while it is a quiet, safe city, it is a short distance from Dallas, on well-planned roads. Those seeking employment will find a nice surprise in Plano, there are many Fortune 500 companies nearly.

Many of those companies have their corporate headquarters in or near Plano, making it a good choice for those seeking an upward move in their career. If you have children, you will be thrilled to find out that Plano boasts one of the best school systems in the area. Many suburbs of the larger, more desirable cities can be a little underdeveloped in terms of their amenities. This is not true of Plano.

There are shopping and dining options for every taste - live in Plano and you will no longer have to worry where you will buy that specialty item that will turn your house into the home of your dreams. There is plenty of fantastic nightlife in Plano, and for daytime entertainment, you might want to go for a ride in a hot air balloon or visit one of its world-famous spas.

Frisco is another fast-growing real estate market in the nation (CNN). Frisco has held up very well and is a relatively strong market despite the current recession which has hit all areas, including real estate.

You will be making a business investment that is quite sound when you buy a home in Frisco. Frisco is 25 minutes from both Dallas Forth Worth International Airport and Love Field, as well as being only 20 minutes north of downtown Dallas.

Both Plano and Frisco are close to many businesses, and Frisco has a conference center that is continuously in use for trade shows and conferences, satisfying a variety of interests. Of course, its school system is superb. Frisco is consistently ranked as one of the best places to live for its high job growth, high median income and small-town charm. For entertainment, Frisco has four professional sports teams, and there are over 150 pieces of art on public display throughout the city.

Pizza Hut park is located in Frisco; this is where the Dallas Stars are located, and it is also where major league soccer games are played and concerts are provided.

Those looking for an afternoon of serenity can take a trip to the sculptural garden, which is just one more landmark that makes Frisco a place to call home.
