Because there are so many homes for sale all over Texas, you may not be able to decide where to start your earch. Your decision on where to begin will depend on the amenities you are looking for and the type of neighborhood that best suits you. You should consider one of two very popular suburbs of Dallas, TX, as they both have a wide variety of various amenities. A high quality educational system, the safety of a relatively small city and beautiful, unique homes can be found in both.
Business traveles as well as families with small children will find both these cities to be very convenient places to live, and those wishing a nightlife will not be disappointed. While there are very many nice cities in Texas, Plano stands out as a northeat suburb of Dallas as a city with about as many amenities as you will find anywhere. Plan is just a short drive from Texas, on well planned roads, which makes it about as much of a hot, up-and-coming community as you will find. Quite a few of the nearby Fortune 500 companies are seeking employees, so Plano will not disapoint in the job area!
Many corporate headquarters can be found here as well, making Plano a good choice for anyone seeking new job opportunities. If you have children, you will be thrilled to find out that Plano boasts one of the best school systems in the area. Many suburbs of the larger, more desirable cities can be a little underdeveloped in terms of their amenities. This is not true of Plano.
When you live in Plano, you will never have to worry about where to go to eat and dine, Plano has, or has nearby, just about anything you would need to turn your house into a home. Whether you are a night-owl or prefer to entertain yourself during daylight hours, Plano has much to offer, such as hot-air baloon rides, world-famous spas and fantastic dining and dancing.
The second city, Frisco, is one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the country (CNN). As a matter of fact, Frisco's real estate market has remained relatively strong throughout this recession.
This shows that it has been a sound investment to buy a home in Frisco, and that is expected to continue. Downtown Dallas, Dallas Forth Worth International Airport and Love Field are all less than a half hour's drive from Frisco.
Like Plano, Frisco provides an excellent quality of life, it is also close to many businesses and has a popular conference center that holds trade shows year-round. It is unusual to find a city with small-town charm that also has a great school system, high job growth, and high median income; nonetheless, Frisco is consistently ranked as one of the best places to live. There is quite a variety of entertainment available in Frisco: the city has four professional sports teams you can root for, and there are over 150 pieces of art displayed in the city at any given time.
Frisco is home to the Dallas Stars and there is also major league soccer play at Pizza Hut Park, where a variety of concerts and football take place.
Everybody will be happy with the culture and entertainment in Frisco, it has one of the most beautiful sculpture gardens around, which will add serenity to anyone's life.
