With so many homes for sale in so many areas in Texas, you might wonder where you should start looking. This depends largely on the type of area you would like to live in and what your criterion are for moving or purchasing a new home. The Dallas area is one of the most popular places to live in Texas, and there are two suburbs in particular that are superior choices. Both offer high-level housing, a quality educational system, a safe environment.
Families with children, as well as single people looking to be near the limelight will be happy in either city, and they ar both convenient for business travelers. Plano, Texas is a suburb just a bit northeast of Dallas that has about as much to offer as any city in the Country. It is a hot, up-and-coming area because it is within a short driving distance, on well-planned roads, of Dallas. Quite a few of the nearby Fortune 500 companies are seeking employees, so Plano will not disapoint in the job area!
Additionally, many of those companies actually have their corporate headquarters in or near Dallas, making plano a good choice for anyone looking for a fresh career beginning. Plano boasts an excellent school system, which will make both you and your children happier. Many suburbs of the larger, more desirable cities can be a little underdeveloped in terms of their amenities. Plano does not have this problem.
It will be quite easy for you to make a perfect home in Plano as it has shopping and dining for every taste. Whether you are a night-owl or prefer to entertain yourself during daylight hours, Plano has much to offer, such as hot-air baloon rides, world-famous spas and fantastic dining and dancing.
Frisco is another fast-growing real estate market in the nation (CNN). Times have been somewhat tough for the real estate market during this recession, but Frisco has held up well.
You will be making a business investment that is quite sound when you buy a home in Frisco. Frisco is 25 minutes from both Dallas Forth Worth International Airport and Love Field, as well as being only 20 minutes north of downtown Dallas.
Like Plano, Frisco provides an excellent quality of life, it is also close to many businesses and has a popular conference center that holds trade shows year-round. Frisco is constantly ranked as one of the most desirable places to live because it has an excellent school system, high median income, high job growth, and small-town charm. There are over 150 pieces of art on public display throughout Frisco, all year round, and it has four professional sports teams.
Frisco is home to the Dallas Stars and there is also major league soccer play at Pizza Hut Park, where a variety of concerts and football take place.
Those with more 'cultural' taste will enjoy the beautiful sculputre garden in Frisco and find a variety of events to suit them.
