Because there are so many homes for sale all over Texas, you may not be able to decide where to start your earch. The type of area you would like to live in and the criterion that are most important to you will have great significance on your ultimate decision. The Dallas area is one of the most popular places to live in Texas, and there are two suburbs in particular that are superior choices. A safe living community, quality educational system and high-level housing are common to both.

Business traveles as well as families with small children will find both these cities to be very convenient places to live, and those wishing a nightlife will not be disappointed. The first of these, Plano, Texas, is a suburb just a little northeast of Dallas, and it boasts a plethora of amenities that you will not always find in a smaller city. Plano is a hot, up-and-coming area because while it is a quiet, safe city, it is a short distance from Dallas, on well-planned roads. Quite a few of the nearby Fortune 500 companies are seeking employees, so Plano will not disapoint in the job area!

Many of those companies have their corporate headquarters in or near Plano, making it a good choice for those seeking an upward move in their career. If you have children, you will be thrilled to find out that Plano boasts one of the best school systems in the area. It is well known that many suburbs of desirable large cities can be a little under-developed in terms of amenities. This is not true of Plano.

When you live in Plano you will no longer have to worry where you will find whatever you need to make your house into a home, it is all right there at your fingertips. Whether you are a night-owl or prefer to entertain yourself during daylight hours, Plano has much to offer, such as hot-air baloon rides, world-famous spas and fantastic dining and dancing.

The second city, Frisco, is one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the country (CNN). Frisco's real estate market, like many other markets in Texas, has remained relatively strong throughout this recession.

You will be making a sound business investment, as well, by buying a home in Frisco at this time. Frisco is 20 minutes north of downtown Dallas, and 25 minutes from both Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Love Field.

Frisco is, just like Plano, close to many businesses, and has a conference center that hosts conferences and trade shows continuously. Frisco is constantly ranked as one of the most desirable places to live because it has an excellent school system, high median income, high job growth, and small-town charm. There is quite a variety of entertainment available in Frisco: the city has four professional sports teams you can root for, and there are over 150 pieces of art displayed in the city at any given time.

Pizza Hut park is located in Frisco; this is where the Dallas Stars are located, and it is also where major league soccer games are played and concerts are provided.

Everybody will be happy with the culture and entertainment in Frisco, it has one of the most beautiful sculpture gardens around, which will add serenity to anyone's life.
