If you are looking to buy a home in Texas, you may be having trouble because of all the available real estate there. The type of area you would like to live in and the criterion that are most important to you will have great significance on your ultimate decision. Dalllas, TX is one of the most popular places in Texas to live, and two of them in particular would be great choices. A high quality educational system, the safety of a relatively small city and beautiful, unique homes can be found in both.
Business traveles as well as families with small children will find both these cities to be very convenient places to live, and those wishing a nightlife will not be disappointed. While there are very many nice cities in Texas, Plano stands out as a northeat suburb of Dallas as a city with about as many amenities as you will find anywhere. Plano is a hot, up-and-coming area because while it is a quiet, safe city, it is a short distance from Dallas, on well-planned roads. There are many companies seeking new employees in the area of Plano, and many of these are Fortune 500.
Additionally, many of those companies actually have their corporate headquarters in or near Dallas, making plano a good choice for anyone looking for a fresh career beginning. If you have children, you will be thrilled to find out that Plano boasts one of the best school systems in the area. Many suburbs of the larger, more desirable cities can be a little underdeveloped in terms of their amenities. Plano does not have this problem.
It will be quite easy for you to make a perfect home in Plano as it has shopping and dining for every taste. There will be no derth of entertainment for lesiure time you live in Plano: during the day you might try one of their world-famous spas, and at night you will have dining and dancing choices galore.
CNN has reported that Frisco, the second city of choice near Dallas, is one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the country. Times have been somewhat tough for the real estate market during this recession, but Frisco has held up well.
This shows that buying a home in Frisco has been, and will continue to be, a sound investment. Downtown Dallas, Dallas Forth Worth International Airport and Love Field are all less than a half hour's drive from Frisco.
Both Plano and Frisco are close to many businesses, and Frisco has a conference center that is continuously in use for trade shows and conferences, satisfying a variety of interests. Frisco is ranked as one of the best places to live in this Country -- it has small town charm, but also provides an atmosphere with a great school system, high job growth and a high median income. For entertainment, Frisco has four professional sports teams, and there are over 150 pieces of art on public display throughout the city.
Concerts, soccer and football are all played in Pizza Hut park, with the Dallas Stars using it as its home field.
Frisco provides a well-rounded cultural and entertainment environment, including its beautiful sculpture garden in the heart of the city.
