Homes For Sale In Plano

By dallasrealtor | July 30, 2010

Because there are so many homes for sale all over Texas, you may not be able to decide where to start your earch. The type of area you would like to live in and the criterion that are most important to you will have great significance on your ultimate decision. You should consider one of two very popular suburbs of Dallas, TX, as they both have a wide variety of various amenities. A high quality educational system, the safety of a relatively small city and beautiful, unique homes can be found in both.

They are convenient for business travelers, families with children and single people looking to be right near the center of all attractions. One of the suburbs just northeast of Dallas is called Plano, and it has as much to offer its citizens as any place in this Country. It is a hot, up-and-coming area because it is within a short driving distance, on well-planned roads, of Dallas. Quite a few of the nearby Fortune 500 companies are seeking employees, so Plano will not disapoint in the job area!

Many corporate headquarters can be found here as well, making Plano a good choice for anyone seeking new job opportunities. Because Plano has a great school system, your children will also advance on their own road to success. Amenities are sometimes lacking in some suburbs that surround larger cities, and those cities can be underdeveloped as a result. This is not true of Plano.

When you live in Plano you will no longer have to worry where you will find whatever you need to make your house into a home, it is all right there at your fingertips. There will be no derth of entertainment for lesiure time you live in Plano: during the day you might try one of their world-famous spas, and at night you will have dining and dancing choices galore.

The second city, Frisco, is one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the country (CNN). As a matter of fact, Frisco's real estate market has remained relatively strong throughout this recession.

This shows that buying a home in Frisco has been, and will continue to be, a sound investment. Frisco is 20 minutes north of downtown Dallas, and 25 minutes from both Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Love Field.

Like Plano, Frisco provides an excellent quality of life, it is also close to many businesses and has a popular conference center that holds trade shows year-round. It is unusual to find a city with small-town charm that also has a great school system, high job growth, and high median income; nonetheless, Frisco is consistently ranked as one of the best places to live. At any time you will find some entertainment in Frisco as it is home to four professional sports teams and has art exhibits including over 150 pieces on public display at all times.

Frisco is home to the Dallas Stars and there is also major league soccer play at Pizza Hut Park, where a variety of concerts and football take place.

Those with more 'cultural' taste will enjoy the beautiful sculputre garden in Frisco and find a variety of events to suit them.
