Choosing a right agent that suits your need will make the whole home buying process less complicated for you .  Since real estate transaction entails lots of money, there are several things you should think about when finding for an agent.

Have an experienced and competent agent that you trust, someone who will listen and keep you advised, but do not hire if you are not comfortable with him .  Buying a home is a serious financial commitment so it is essential to be at ease with the agent that you are going to work with .
