Dallas Weather :: Dallas Texas Temperature Averages

You better don’t mind the heat if you live in Dallas Texas! The temperature gets up to the 90s F in summer months, with some days in 100s. The heat is dry with low humidity. The hottest months of the year are July and August, and the hottest temperature ever recorded was 115F in August 1909. See graph of average temperatures in F below or view in Celsius.

Winter is much cooler, and fashionable Dallasites get to show off their boots and jackets when the temperature goes down to the 40s and 30s. Fall and spring seasons are very comfortable with temperature in 60s, 70s and 80s.

Natural disasters are very rare with an occasional tornado maybe once every decade. As to precipitation, summers and winters are dry, and most rain occurs in shoulder seasons (with May and October being the rainiest months of the year).
